Perverted Gospel

Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ. – Galatians 1:7

Some would pervert the gospel of Christ.  Not necessarily in a way that you might think of.  Many pervert what Jesus did on the Cross by telling you that you must earn salvation through good works.  Others pervert it by focusing our attention on following the laws in the Bible rather than living under the grace Jesus provided for us.  Yet others pervert the Gospel by saving that Jesus did not forgive all our sins–once and for all.  It is time for us, as Believers, to study the Word for ourselves with the help of the Holy Spirit and find out what it really says.

Have you received Jesus as your Lord and Saviour?  Do you believe Jesus died to pay the price for your sin?  That He was raised from the dead?  Then just pray aloud, “Lord Jesus, I repent of all my sins.  Come into my heart and be my Lord and Saviour.”  If you believed in your heart and confessed with your mouth, you are Born-again.  Let us know if you prayed this prayer.
