See But Not Believe

And he humbled thee, and suffered thee to hunger, and fed thee with manna, which thou knewest not, neither did thy fathers know; that he might make thee know that man doth not live by bread only, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of the LORD doth man live. – Deuteronomy 8:3

Let us not be like the Israelites, who saw God provide manna and water for them, who saw God part the Red Sea, who saw God deliver them from their enemies, and yet did not believe.  They did not know God.  Many of us see His mercy that does not give us the bad things that we deserve and His grace that gives us the good things that we don’t deserve and yet we do not know God.  We do not know that He loves us, that He wants what is best for us, and that He has already given us everything that pertains to life and godliness in the form of His Son, Jesus, who lives inside of us.

Have you received Jesus as your Lord and Saviour?  Do you believe Jesus died to pay the price for your sin?  That He was raised from the dead?  Then just pray aloud, “Lord Jesus, I repent of all my sins.  Come into my heart and be my Lord and Saviour.”  If you believed in your heart and confessed with your mouth, you are Born-again.  Let us know if you prayed this prayer.
