Be Glad And Thrive
Rejoice in the Lord alway: [and] again I say, Rejoice. – Philippians 4:4
The word rejoice here is the Greek transliterated word chairo, which means to rejoice, be glad; to rejoice exceedingly; to be well, thrive.
To rejoice is to be glad. Are you glad Jesus died for you? Are you glad that you are saved from damnation? Are you glad that Jesus died to give you His peace that passes all understanding? Are you glad that Jesus died to save you? Deliver you? Heal you? That His thoughts are to prosper and not to harm you?
If you are glad, why don’t you tell God? Why don’t you express how you feel to your Heavenly Father?
Then according to rejoice’s very definition, you will be well and thrive.

Have you received Jesus as your Lord and Saviour? Do you believe Jesus died to pay the price for your sin? That He was raised from the dead? Then just pray aloud, “Lord Jesus, I repent of all my sins. Come into my heart and be my Lord and Saviour.” If you believed in your heart and confessed with your mouth, you are Born-again. Let us know if you prayed this prayer.
