The Weapons To Kill The Giants

Then David said to the Philistine,  I come to you in the name of the Lord of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have defied. – 1 Samuel 17:45

How many of us would have been as brave as David if we had come up against Goliath?

We have a better covenant and better ammunition than David than five smooth rocks and a sling shot.  Yet most of us would run if we encountered Goliath.

We have the Word of God.  We have the Name of Jesus.  We have the Blood of Jesus.  Those are the weapons that we are to use against the giants that come against us.

We have God’s grace and right standing with God.  We have a better covenant based on Jesus’ blood.  That is what gives us the right to stand up to the giants in our lives.

We are equipped to fight off any giant with the Word, the Name of Jesus and the Blood of Jesus.

Use these weapons today to fight off the giants in your life.
