Established In Righteousness

In righteousness you shall be established; you shall be far from oppression, for you  shall not fear; and from terror, for it shall not come near you. – Isaiah 54:14

We need to establish ourselves in righteousness. Not in our own righteousness but that Jesus’ righteousness that He gave us at the Cross.

When we are established in the fact that we are in right  standing with God no matter what we do or say, this Scripture says that oppression will be far from us, we will not fear and terror will not come near us.

Why?  Because we are established in our right standing with God.

Every day declare, “I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus.”  I don’t care if you feel like you are or not.  Feelings have nothing to do with your right standing with God.  Declare it anyway.
