Call On Jesus

And I will shew wonders in heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath…And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved. – Acts 2:19 & 21.

We are saved by calling on the Name of Jesus.  This verse makes that abundantly clear.  People are trying to make salvation out to be something you have to earn by praying complicated Sinner’s prayers, being baptized and doing good works.  However, the only thing you need to do is call on the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ to be saved.

Once you do that, you are a child of the Most High God, sealed until the Day of Redemption.  You are in right standing with God through the shed blood of Jesus Christ, who died for you.  You will go to Heaven when you die.  All because you called on the Name of Jesus.
