Not My Will…

And he went a little farther, and fell on his face, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me: nevertheless not as I will, but as thou wilt. – Matthew 26:39

Jesus prayed, “Not as I will, but as You will.”  How many of us are willing to pray for God’s will to e done in our lives?  Without knowing how things will turn out?  However, we must learn to pray this every day, remembering that Jeremiah 29:11 says that God’s plans are not to harm us but to prosper us.
