The Law Is Powerless

For what the law was powerless to do in that it was weakened by the sinful nature, God did by sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful man to be a sin offering. And so he condemned sin in sinful man,  – Romans 8:3

The law cannot save us.  It is powerless to forgive us, to save us or to send us to Heaven. Only Jesus came to save us.  Only through Jesus are we saved.  It may seem narrow-minded to some, but when they die, they will know it is the Truth.  And will wish they would have listened.
