From A Trough To A Miracle

And she brought forth her firstborn son, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manger; because there was no room for them in the inn. – Luke 2:7

Imagine the scene.  You have just given birth to the Son of God, yet the only place you can lay Him is a stinky, old manger, a trough for animals.  Mary must have felt as if she failed God.  When our plans to do a work for God look like that animal trough in the corner of a stable, we do feel like we have failed God, but when we trust God to, He will turned everything around for good, just like He did in Mary’s case.
