Are You Basing Life On The Word?

“… And upholding all things by the word of his power …” (Hebrews 1:3).

Sometimes we have situations when we pray for other people, and they aren’t healed, and they die.   But does that mean that Jesus didn’t take their sicknesses at the Cross?  No, Jesus absolutely did.

We cannot base our faith on what we see because we don’t know if the other person wanted to go to Heaven, if they even believed in healing or whatever.

We cannot control how others believe, but we can control what we do.

We instead have to base our faith on what the Word says.  The Word is Truth, and circumstances have to change in our lives when we believe the Word.

  1. So true: “We instead have to base our faith on what the Word says.”
