Do You Have The Advantage?
“Thus saith the LORD, thy Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel; I am the LORD thy God which teacheth thee to profit, which leadeth thee by the way that thou shouldest go” (Isaiah 48:17).
Imagine that: God teaches you to profit. If He teaches you to profit, then it must be His will that you profit.
What does the word profit mean? As a noun, it means an advantageous gain or return; benefit, but as a verb, it means to derive advantage; benefit.
God wants to give you the advantage. He wants to teach you to have the advantage.
Why?
Because we are His children…and He loves us.
Does that mean we will always have the advantage? No because God is too good to allow us to have things in our lives that will harm us.
God will teach us to have the advantage in the situations that are within His will. If they aren’t in His will, they don’t qualify for God’s advantage plan.
Stick with God’s will, and you will always have the advantage.
