Are You A Masterpiece?
For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them. (Ephesians 2:10 NKJV)
I’ve become the work of God.
Ephesians. 2:10 in the Greek calls us His masterpiece.
What is a masterpiece? It is an extraordinary, unique work–whether it be a great novel or the Sistine Chapel.
Imagine that we are God’s masterpieces. The creations that He prizes above the stars, the mountains, the birds of the air.
He already considers us masterpieces and yet He is nowhere finished with us. Every day, every minute, He is still forming us into who He created us to be.
He loves us as we are, but He loves us too much to leave us like we are.
If we yield to His Holy Spirit, He will make us into the image He had of us from the beginning of time.
