Your Purpose Is Calling

Praise Or Complaint?

Therefore by Him let us continually offer the sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of our lips, giving thanks to His name. (Hebrews 13:15 NKJV)

How often when you are in a bad situation do you praise God? Do you speak negative? Or do you praise?

For most of us, the answer is that we speak negative, but if we will praise God, we will see God turn the situation around.

Jonah spent eight verses after the great fish swallowed him complaining. Then he changed course and began to praise God. Then the great fish spit him out.

Like Jonah, we need to change course. Instead of complaining, we need to praise God for who He is. Instead of magnifying our problems, we need to magnify our problem-solving, miracle-working God.
