What Does The Blood Say?
“And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel” (Hebrews 12:24).
Why does Jesus’ blood speak of better things than that of Abel? Abel was human like us. Jesus, however, is sinless and perfect. His blood is able to cleanse us of sin…and do so continuously. Jesus’ blood pronounces us justified, forgiven and righteous through Christ.
