Whose Will Be Done?
I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me. – Philippians 4:13 (KJV)
Today I made a man cry. Not because I said malicious things to him or intended to hurt him. No, because I said what God had put on my heart. The words struck a chord with him.
I am a big of doing things myself, but I had to come to the end of myself and thebeginning of God in my life in order to see how big my God really is.
When we are trying to do things our way, saying and doing things in our strength, God just sits back and let’s us.
It is when we surrender to God’s will, do things His way, that we see God work in our lives.
I didn’t want to speak those words to that man, but I did. I did what God told me to do, and it struck a nerve with that man, a stranger I may never met again.
Today, choose to surrender your will to God’s, to let Him work through you instead of working for Him.
