Your Constant Companion?

Then Peter said to them, “Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. -Acts 2:38

We have the Holy Spirit living inside us.  Once we accepted Christ, we receive the Holy Spirit as our constant companion.  He doesn’t leave when we sin.  Why?  Because we are clean not in and of ourselves.  We are clean because we are being continually cleansed by the blood of Jesus.
