Casting or Carrying?

Psalm 55:22 Cast your burden on the LORD, and he will sustain you; he will never permit the righteous to be moved.

God will never permit us to be moved.  He will sustain us when we cast our burden upon Him.  Too many times we carry the burdens in our lives instead of taking them off and handing them over to God who is more capable of handling them than us.
