Ever heard "Some Kind Of Trouble" sung by Tanya Tucker? In the song, she is evicted, her boyfriend is cheating and she loses her job. Most of us don’t lose everything all at the same time.
Then she goes to her preacher for prayer, and he says, "Child, you’re not alone.’Cos all God’s children got to deal with their own,
The good news is that we don’t have to go through trouble on our own. God is with us. He will never leave us nor forsake us.
The better news is that when Jesus died, He took all that trouble for you on the Cross.
The best news is that He overcame all that trouble, so that when trouble comes, we can fight it from the victory ground that Jesus won for us. We no longer have to fight the battle. Jesus fought it for us. All we have to do is enforce what He has already accomplished for us. 🙂
