Will You Rise Again?
For a righteous man may fall seven times and rise again, but the wicked shall fall by calamity. – Proverbs 24:16 (NKJV).
I have been going through a lot of stressful things lately. Everyone at work had some kind of crisis Monday and Tuesday. Mine–thank God–was a matter of stupidity. A crisis I call lesson.
Crisis, revealed truth, in our lives can make us or break us.
There will be hurt feelings, soul-searching and the temptation to just give up. There may even be a few tears no matter how hard we try to be strong.
However, it is not how many times we fall down that matters. It is how many times we get up.
I am going to tell you the same thing I have been telling people, and I hope you remember it: life will get better.
Every time you fall down, dust yourself off and rise again. It is always too soon to quit.
