Where Is The Love?

Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love. – Ephesians 4:2

The church, on a whole, doesn’t approach the sinner with the love of Christ. One of two things happens. We are overly tolerant of the sinner, afraid that we might offend them if we preach the Bible the way it was written. Or we preach hell, fire and brimstone messages. Instead I propose that we love them, faults and all, just like Jesus did the woman caught in adultery or Peter when he betrayed Jesus. The goodness of God, the love of God, will lead them to repentance.
