Experience Or Truth?
Rest in the LORD and wait patiently for Him; Do not fret because of him who prospers in his way, Because of the man who carries out wicked schemes. – Psalm 37:7
We need to forget about what others have done to us. We need to leave them in God’s hands. In the meantime, we need to rest and trust that God will take care of it.
“These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you have tribulation, but take courage; I have overcome the world.” – John 16:33
We will have trouble. That’s where most preachers stop preaching. We will have trouble, yes, but take courage, Jesus overcame the world for us.
As Believers, we will have trouble, but we also have the promises God said in His Word about wanting us to be in health and wealth even as our soul prospers.
People say that we cannot stand on the promises of God because they have a friend who did and died.
God’s Word is not true only if so-and-so got healed. God is true no matter what. We have to take what God said as absolute truth, or it will never work for us.
