Want Your Youth Renewed?
Who redeems your life from destruction, who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies, who satisfies your mouth with good things, so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s. – Psalm 103:4-5
Do you know that eagles renew their youth? Maybe you knew that, but did you know that one woman in the Bible did so too? Sarah.
At age ninety, a king wanted her for his harem.
Look around you at the ninety-year-old women you know. Most of them, men wouldn’t look twice at, so Sarah had to be something special.
This guy was a king. He could have his pick of the most beautiful women and yet he chose Sarah. Why? Because God renewed Sarah’s youth.
We, women, are called the daughters of Sarah (I Peter 3:6). Why? Because God wants to renew our youth as well.
And for all you men, remember in Joshua 14, Caleb took the mountain in his eighties because Caleb said that he was as strong as when he spied out the land with Joshua at age forty-five.
God wants to fill our mouths with good things, so that He can renew our youth. Declare it and claim it today!
