Do You Believe?

By faith Noah, being warned of God of things not seen as yet, moved with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house; by the which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is by faith. – Hebrews 11:7

Think about this.  Noah had never seen rain.  He didn’t know what it looked like, smelled like or felt like and yet he obeyed God and prepared an ark to save his family.  And God didn’t count his obedience as righteousness, but the fact that he believed as righteousness.

Obedience is a byproduct of believing right.  Noah believed God, and as a result, obeyed.
