Have A Need?

The Lord is my Shepherd; I shall not want. – Psalm 23:1

What does a shepherd do? He cares for the sheep–feeds them, exercises them, runs after them if they are lost, protects them. He provides for their every need. Sheep have no wants because their shepherd takes care of everything. If an earthly shepherd takes such good care of his sheep, how much more will the Good Shepherd take of us and our needs?
